If anything, they'll want to trade down to get more of these super awesome players in round 2.

The man. The myth. The legend.

And they're all too drunk to worry about it.

Busy day for Eagles' draft prospects

The Eagles had 17 prospects at the NovaCare Complex today with the draft now 15 days away, at least according to the count by James Madison linebacker Arthur Moats.

Among them were safety Eric Berry of Tennessee, TCU defensive end Jerry Hughes, and running backs Toby Gerhart (Stanford) and Jonathan Dwyer (Georgia Tech).

"Philly was real nice," Moats texted to WHSV-TV in Virginia. "Their facilities were top of the line."

QuoteFormer University of Tennessee safety Eric Berry, a projected top-10 pick, had this to say on ESPN radio about his visit to the Eagles: "It did make me scratch my head, but obviously if they're bringing me in, that means they're interested. I don't know if they have something cooking up behind the scenes or what but I'll just be waiting till draft day and see where I end up."

I like that whole site, there is another good article on there about QB vs. DT 1st round bust ratio.  DTs have the highest chance of becoming a first round bust.

QB Eagles

Too much talk of LBs and safeties in this thread. Reid is gonna go OL or CB.

They won't have a good opportunity to go up and get Berry, and the fat man cares about LBs even less than he cares about his sons. Reid has never left a gaping hole at CB like he has right now, and you know he's gotta patch up that busted line to protect Kolb.

Watching the Birds' LBs in action is like witnessing Jonestown but Reid clearly doesn't give a farg.

i dont think anyone is saying reid will pick a safety or linebacker just that that is what most would like

in the first round he could pick any position except qb and it wouldnt suprise me

im down for the best player in round one as long as like four of the first five picks are defense

Reid's going up to the top of the draft.

I'd be happy as farg.  I wanted him to go after Michael Huff so what do i know.  Oakland just ruins players

And then Tebow in the 2nd, which, of course, would be followed by a single gunshot in the Rome household.
