yeah, didnt even throw Ferguson into the mix.  I'm periodically go to a maryland hunting forum, and the teabaggers are off their rocker right now, talking about how this is the revolution.

Ferguson is going to be a disaster.  I find it highly unlikely the grand jury comes back with anything against the cop after reading the various reports.  The whole thing is a mess because the talking heads on the right are using it as propaganda regarding how everything is "unjustifiably made about race" while the actual protestors have hooked so much of their very understandable and righteous anger towards police brutality to this case where it may not actually be justified.  There's zero good to come out of this.

PhillyPhreak54

Pretty much.

I'm expecting the grand jury to come back tomorrow in the late Friday afternoon news dump cycle and then Ferguson goes up in smoke this weekend.

I know the video clip of the cop being escorted out of the station isn't the best quality but from what I see he sure didn't look beat up.

And the audio recordings of his radio comm's show the situation escalated quick as hell.

Nah bro, that's fine. The other kids on the playground probably all wish they were him.

All kids have phones now. Maybe yours don't, if you're a bad parent. Are you a bad parent? Do you know where your children are right now? Are their teachers able to send them nudes?

Mine have them, but neither got one until they turned 13.

I laugh at the whole "my 1st grader needs her cell phone and you better not dare take it from her!" parents.

After 90-year old is arrested, Florida judge halts law that restricts feeding the homeless

It is no longer illegal to feed the homeless in Fort Lauderdale. For now, anyway.

On Tuesday, a Florida circuit court judge temporarily halted a controversial ordinance that restricts charities from feeding the homeless in public. The announcement arrived several days after the most recent arrest of Arnold Abbott, a 90-year-old World War II veteran who has for years run a nonprofit devoted to feeding the city's homeless population.

Abbott's first citation occurred in a local park on Nov. 2 after police ordered him to "Drop that plate right now," according to MSN.  Abbot continued to violate the feeding ban, the article added, racking up four more citations, each carrying a fine of up to $500 and up to 60 days in jail. A court hearing for the initial infraction was scheduled for today.

Now, why the cop didn't shoot the guy before telling him to drop the plate of food he was serving I don't know, but the guy should consider himself lucky. Especially if the cop thought the 90 year old was brandishing a bowl of cherry jello in a dangerous and threatening manner.

That's beyond words farged up.  A veteran can't even feed a hungry homeless person without being threatened by the police? Cop or no cop, what kind of man would enforce such a stupid, bullshtein law?

I have family in Florida and never wanted to believe the shtein I reqd about what goes on there, but god damn, that takes the cake.

If you think the Cops are bad in Florida...they're nothing compared to the neighborhood watch.

The cops in Baltimore run red lights just like everyone else.  Not saying that's worse.  Just saying I saw it again today.  Full stop red, no lights, doesn't tap brakes....bastich.  People f'n die from that shtein.
