I must have only read what I wanted, I missed the part where she cancelled, it said that he was let into the house and they got into an argument, I guess she wanted him out?

There was an NBC10 report earlier that she cancelled, he showed up anyway and they argued about stuff in the contract while in the basement

Yeah, article doesn't say anything about her canceling the appointment.   

Also, this line made me laugh:

I'm pretty sure he made some kind of pass at her while in the basement, she refused his advances, knew he was farged, so decided to kill her to have a chance at getting away. Problem is he tied her up and burned her and left her there. I told him to crush her skull, leave the body on the floor, light two candles, and turn on all the gas. But the idiot wouldn't listen.
