Reid says Maclin tore his plantar fascia but will only miss 1-2 weeks?  that doesn't sound right...

They hung 85 points on them in two games this year....that's gotta be close to if not a club record against a divisional opponent.

Careful, the Cards were in that division for a while. I don't even know if this one is the record:

November 8, 1981 52-10 over the Cards
December 20, 1981 38-0 over the Cards

Munson

True that. You forget I most remember the cards when they were still terrible and yet somehow would be lead to a 4th quarter win by Jake the Snake :boom

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

The Cardinals used to get in that ass at least once a season.  I dreaded the Eagles playing them.

So who's ready for some sweet playoff beard action?

He should not have even been out there tonight.

Looks like that is the record. Weird fact that I found while looking it up. The Eagles have scored 38+ points against the taterskins 11 times, but only once since the creation of the modern NFC East in the late 60s. The Eagles really beat the piss out of the Skins a lot during the Steve van Buren era, but they've generally been low-scoring affairs ever since.

The one modern game in which the Eagles scored 38+ on the Skins? A classic 5-TD comeback game from Randall.
