Patterson was pretty good last night.  I saw Hanson and Mikell get burned, but not Patterson.

He has been solid in all of his starts.

Mikell sucks no doubt, but CB is a much more important position and it makes me farging nervous trotting Patterson out there to start every week. I mean, if this team makes the playoffs, the Green Bay and New Orleans WRs will eat them alive.

why cant he be? was michael vick the answer at qb? the two are quite different but you see that even the unlikely can be successful.

Patterson appears to be playing extremely well because Ellis Hobbs was playing extremely bad.  Patterson looks like a decent player and I guess he could develop into a quality starter one day but he ain't there yet.

11 catches for 83 yards, very few of which came after the catch (I don't know where to find a receivers YAC for a given game). And not all 11 of those catches were against Patterson.

I'm not saying he's the next Eric Allen, but he's surprisingly done a good job since he's been starting. CB still should be addressed in the offseason but SS should also be a higher priority
