If that list is real: all the non-roid users could have stayed on the bench at the 2003 All Star Game, and both teams still could have fielded an All-Roid side from the selected All-Star players, complete with starting and relief pitching. OK, the AL would have had to lend Garciaparra and Soriano to the NL and the NL would have had to lend Javy Lopez to the AL. But they coulda had a game.
