My thoughts on this subject are as firm as hbionic's rod outside the elementary school playground.

"barbeque" = preferred
"BBQ" = completely acceptable
"Bar-B-Q" = kill yourself

this easily takes the most effort with the dashes and multiple caps with lower case...i don't know why anybody would want to do it, and yes, they should kill them self.
