He really doesn't.  I'm trying to remember where I watched it but someone was breaking him down vs Peppers and noted that Suggs is mainly a pass rusher with pretty good cover skills, but is pretty questionable against the run, which gets lost in the shuffle among the great defense the Ravens play.  Where as Peppers is much stouter (is that a word?) against the run in addition to being an elite pass rusher. 

Peppers is a 4-3 guy... we know what he can do in a 4-3, we don't know that about Suggs.

thats true but they can have juqua thomas and trent cole do that basically as well as suggs and for 1/4 the price
