QB Eagles

So it looks like around 1/3 of the league will start the 2009 season with a different coach than they started the 2008 season with. That's gotta be some kind of record.

Maybe Reid will hire Gruden as an offensive consultant like he did when Marty got canned

PoopyfaceMcGee

He can be Donovan's new muse.

General_Failure

I thought he might be close to getting tossed there.

Gruden = NYJ

well maybe not, just wanted to sound all kool and like.

MDS

he could always go to dallas

gruden is a workaholic so he will find a job no matter what
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Florio floating the "what if the Eagles get flattened on Sunday, would Lurie bring in Gruden" schtick.

Reid is not getting fired, Lurie loves him sum Reid.

But I'll be interested to hear how many Eagle fans will start calling for him regardless.

I am not a Gruden fan at all; he's severely overrated and his teams have fallen flat the last several years. He loves a lot of QBs, loves old ass players and his offense is more dink and dunk than Reid's ever was.

ice grillin you

im not sure what gruden loves since hes not a player personel guy...i do know hes a better coach than reid...he has just never had a qb like mcnabb
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

Seabiscuit36

He likes to drink and get drunk is all i need to know.  Marty/Gruden for OC

QB Eagles

Bucs:

Raheem Morris in at HC (former secondary coach)
Mark Dominik in at GM (former director of player personnel)

General_Failure

If there's on coach I can't stand more than Regular Andy, its Gruden. Mora Jr is in a close third, if anyone is wondering. I think I'd be sick of he was on the coaching staff in any capacity.

Oh, God yes..

But he won't go anywhere.  In another month or so... he'll come out stating that he was just under a lot of pressure at the time and his heart was always in Carolina and he wants to retire a Panther... this, of course, after they make him the highest-paid defensive player in NFL history.
