How many degrees of separation is that?

The real question is how many degrees of separation between Britt and Andy.

Six. Six degrees of hickory bacon.

The man. The myth. The legend.

McNabb on the cover of SI in this region. I swear, I'd like to at least once see him act like he's serious about the game of football.

It will never happen though. That pic was probably right after a INT, or incompletion. I swear, sometimes he looks like a grinnin' idiot.

Please tell me you're not serious and you are not one of the "Oh my god he's smiling! He doesn't care about the game" people.

No, I'm not one of those people. I know he cares and wants to win, or he wouldn't have been so nervous that he would puke in the fourth quarter of the Superbowl.

I just wish he'd act more like he cares. I know it's just me, but that smiling crap all the time gets on my nerves. When I'm watching a game and he's just thrown an incompletion on third and long, and I'm screaming GODAMMIT!! at the top of my lungs, and then you see him walking towards the sidelines grinning like he just won 100 mil playing the lottery, well........it pisses me off.

Displaced

Maybe I can put this argument to rest a little bit.

Does anyone remember way back when McNabb was a rookie an there is that film of Reid calling him over after an obviously bad play had gone against Donnie and said something to the effect of: hey don't ever let anyone know if you are down or not just keep plugging away, this is your show how you go it goes.

We all know Donnie has always been coachable to a fault and maybe he took that advice to heart.

It sure would seem so.

I guess I don't understand it.

I don't mean to go all Al Bundy here, but there'd be times when I played sports and I farged up I would have a smile on my face. More of a bemused smile with me thinking "motherfarg, did I just do that?"

I was just the opposite. I would get major pissed off when I screwed up. It would only last for about 5 minutes though. My high school football coached took me out of a game for slamming my helmet on the bench after dropping a beautiful pass that if I had caught it, was a shore 6 pts.

I dunno'. Dmac is what he is, and damn good at what he does. I guess I shouldn't compain too much about stuff that really isn't either here nor there. I should be used to it now anyway.

Using a clip of Jason Witten running down the field without his helmet in a pro-Eagles video is awful.

Then I don't even want to know how heated you must be about your last few posts in this thread.
