Get a Skype number in the Philly area. Problem solved.

The man. The myth. The legend.

PhillyPhreak54

Maybe, but the afternoon call was from a 610 area code.  :P

General_Failure

Get a Camden Skype number and they'll put you through so you don't come down and shoot somebody.

PhillyPhreak54

I like the way you think, sir.

"Oh shtein! We've got a Camden number coming in. Leo, you take this one and give him tickets on the 50 or else he'll unload on our asses!"

Geowhizzer

Maybe if you'd dress up a little when you called, they'd answer...

So three weeks after sending in my information, I finally received a letter saying they have located my Wait List account, but they're not telling me until I complete more information.  Fair enough.

I haven't received that letter yet. But I called the ticket office on Wednesday to make sure my e-mail was updated since I could not get through last time and because I got the letter in the mail that said it was not up to date. The guy told me everything was good and I would hear something at the end of this month.

GuestAssist is the text messaging service available to Guests at Lincoln Financial Field.  Any Guest may call for assistance during events by sending a text message from their cell phone.  The text message is received by a stadium representative and the appropriate assistance is dispatched from our Event Command Post.  By using the GuestAssist system, you will be able to report issues and concerns, ask for information and call for assistance in a fast, easy and convenient way.

HOW THE GUESTASSIST TEXT MESSAGE SYSTEM WORKS:

1. Open a blank text message and address the message to 78247.

2. Type the word ASSIST followed by a space and the issue and location.

3. Text messages can be up to 160 characters in length

4. A subject for the text message is not required.

5. When your text message is received, you receive an immediate response message stating, "Your message has been received by stadium personnel."

6. If more information is needed, the GuestAssist operator will respond with additional questions.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Each text message must begin with the keyword ASSIST (not case sensitive).  The keyword must be followed by a space and then your message (the issue and location).

The GuestAssist system is operational only on event days beginning when the HeadHouse Plaza opens and until the building is closed at the conclusion of the event.

The GuestAssist system is not available on pre-paid cell phone plans.
