Like I said...I just can't get angry about that.

I mean, lets be real here...Philly fans are known to turn on guys. Do I agree that we are front runners? Nope. Not as a whole. But like all fan bases there are front runners.

I disagree. As a whole, philly fans are frontrunners attendance at the eagles in 2005, and training camp this year...as well as down philly and sixer seasons tells the story.

There is a strong base of fans that carry on no matter what as well.

When you are part of one group it is tough to acknowledge the existence of the other.

Show me a city that supports all 4 of their teams 100% even when the suck. Those cities don't exist. I'll give Boston the Sox. Pats fans didn't exist before they beat the Rams in the SB. The Celtics attendance wasn't good two seasons ago when they sucked. Bruins are an afterthought in that city.

Boston doesn't support the Sox when they aren't winning. That's all smoke and mirrors. I've never seen a bigger group of front runners than this team. When they are COMPETING the fans come out in droves. When they are average or worse no team in this city can fill the house. Fenway was empty for years in the 90s...

Didn't I say there were front runners in every city? This brings us back to my original point:

I only saw a clip but from what I saw the panel was sticking up for Philly and getting on him for his comments. He said "you don't have to deal with things in other cities like you have to in Philly", the panel said that's everywhere then asked him where he's from. He said "Oakland, but they just don't even show up there". He reminded me of TO when he started going nuts. Like I said, farg him.

His comments were idiotic because even as the panel said you have to deal with that stuff everywhere. Why he would say that when the fans have supported him 100% since his rookie season is retarded.

im not even kidding cole hamels is the best hitter available. is it really that difficult for gillick to wake up from his nap and get a decent bat or two off the bench? especially with this putrid offense.
