So I sign up with comcast at a set price, they send me a letter saying they accidentally gave me a dvr box and my bills going up $10 a month. I don't use the dvr for shtein and just figured it was part of their service. So I called and told the lady to have a tech stop by to pick it up and install my new box. Nope, I have to take time out to take it back. Yeah I'm a whiney bitch but now I see why they have such a bad customer service reputation.

be happy you have comcast and there's 200 stores within a mile of you. fios you have to bring any hardware returns to franklin mills.

Franklin Mills is closer to me than the nearest comcast store.

thought they had a spot in Bensalem not far from you. i used to go there if I couldn't get to the Trenton rd location. been years since I had Comcast though.

redzone = 835
the espn's and the big four sport's (nfl, mlb, nhl, nba) own channels are all just above CSN
also, the fios app for the phone is pretty sweet.

i'm doing the exact opposite as SD and going to get back with comcast after having fios for about 3 months.  the problem is that when i try to sign up online i'm not eligible for new deals because i'm still considered a current customer.  i figure that if i call they will give me the deal if it means i sign back up.

Always call, if you don't get the answer you want call again.  I hang up sometimes just on how the person greets you when it gets transferred.  You could probably have your wife be the person who the account is tied to if they give you crap, that way she's a new customer unless she was on the old bills etc.

upgrading to iphone 5s (32 gig for $49 plus $36 fee) or iphone6s ($299 plus $36). Thoughts?

*I don't like bulky which is what makes me hesitate about the 6.

As a phone, I'm not crazy about the 6.  It seems to drop calls and have worse reception than the 5s.

i have the 6 and i think it's too big. thin but just wide. like my meatcicle. no cell problems though, in fact it's faster than any phone i've ever had.

my favorite still is the 4S with the metal sides. perfect size.

I've got the Note 4. Had it since May. This is a kick ass phone. Big, but powerful. Squaw has the iphone 6.  I haven't played with it much, but it seems legit.

I have the lg g3. real good phone. not quite as big as the galaxy S6 that was coming out, which to me is a bit much.

Ditto. Does everything I could ask it do do, and does it quickly. Love it.

S Pen is some next world shtein. Screen size makes it a little difficult for texting, but interweb porn looks fantastic.

I bought a Sammy 55" 3D SmartTV 2 or 3 years ago.  Picture is phenomenal and 3D is legit too. I hardly ever use the smart features though. It has a built in Web browser, but it is really farging slow. I'm sure they are much faster now, but I haven't used any of the smart features for well over a year now. I'll probably upgrade to 4k sooner rather than later though. Pic quality is just sick.

i was really close to pulling the trigger on a 60", samsung, 4k smart tv that was on sale for $800 black friday.

2 issues that kept me from doing it:

1.  I am waiting to see if curved TVs really is a thing because i think i want one
2.  I have no where in my house to put a 60" tv that doesn't look like its jammed in
