Another definition of "Hand of God"

QuoteA chess strategy used when one is losing, where one sweeps all the pieces off the board or rips the board out from under the pieces and loudly shouts "Hand of God!"

QuoteIt's not just particular malls.

We had an Orioles flag stolen off of our car at Disney World.

When we travel to places like Disney World and rent a car, we always pack a window car flag. It really helps you identify the rental car in a crowded parking lot.

We had previously done this for 6 or 7 prior trips and never had an issue.

That type of stuff can happne anywhere....

"honey, did you pack the rental car window flag?!?"

ha....this is amazing...why exactly is a rental car harder to find than your own car...i dont get it
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

paco

I always thought "Hand of God" is when you sit on your hand for 5 minutes before you rub one out... which is fitting considering that these are taterskins fans.

Short term memory loss is a side effect of inbreeding.
I'm not from Philly but some say I'm blunt.

now for an unprovoked rant about how much someone loves the taterskins
Quote
So many of you young bucks see only the negative things of this team. I am old school and started loving this team since 1971. I experienced great and terrible years with this team, but all true taterskin fans never even think of jumping on another band wagon on or saying im done with this team.

I will be the first to say I was heart broken to see Gibbs and Williams go, like Blondie said, I have the most respect for Joe Gibbs next to my own father. We lost a great coach, but open your eyes people to what he has built here since his return. Joe Gibbs inherited a turd from Steve spurrier and in only 2 years he built us a team that could have beat anyone in the NFL if it wasnt for injuries to major weapons.

Now Joe Gibbs is gone, but he left us that team that he has built, a team that we all have seen can beat the best in the NFL, and even in there stadium. Most of this team has been together now for 3 and 4 years, and this is what makes excellent teams, its being together, knowing each other and this team has this going on right now.

Even adding more weapons to positions that needed depth. I didnt know what to think about Zorn at first, but remember this, This man played under a very attaking offense and he has been around to make top offense teams. Unlike Joe Gibbs, Jim Zorn inherited a team that knows how to fight when the seasons on the line, they didnt lose that when Gibbs left. This is what Joe Gibbs brought here, and it will rub off on these new players and rookies.

My first thoughts was oh boy here we go again rebuilding, but the fact is we are not rebuilding, we are adding a very dangerous offense to this team and the most important thing is not one team in the NFL knows how we are going to even attack them.

Bash anyone you want people, but the fact is we have some very hungry players who knows this team has all potential to beat anyone, and we needed a change in schemes in or offense, which we got. The more I see what Jim Zorn doing, the more it matches with what Gibbs brought to this franchise, and guess what faithless fans, that won us 3 out of 4 SuperBowls.

Am I saying we can win this division and hit the show? no, but someone prove to me why we dont have a very good chance not to. We still have a solid team who was taught to fight to the very last play, we have even more weapons and depth, and we DO have a coach who has ben there and done that, who can read defenses, teach JC how to be his best, and like many say, he has so much potential. I myself have a very good feeing that this team is more then able to put up many points in games.

As far as Defense, I loved what Blache noticed we were missing, need to our front 4! Richi Petitebone proved to the league that if you can rush a QB, he will end up making major mistakes, and we didnt have that with Greg Williams D, plain and simple fact. Thats what seperates championship defenses from just a top 10.

This team is so full of potential with an added twist to use all the weapons on the offense. The west coast offense does not handcuff weapons, they turn them lose and let them shine and show what they can do. Its a good chance we could be in for one awesome treat with this new game plan, and if it takes time to develope, Im still standing beside this team because the Redkins are family to real fans, not a bandwagon!
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

MadMarchHare

What the farg did Jim Zorn ever do?

From Wikipedia:

TD-INT                 111-141
Career QB rating         67.3%
Never made it to a SB, and even played as a scab.
Super. Bowl.
Anyone but Reid.

Sgt PSN

You know what they say......those that can't do, coach.  Which means Bobby Hoying will one day be regarded as the greatest coach the NFL has ever seen.

QB Eagles

Zorn loves Jesus even more than Gibbs does. That's enough qualification for most Skins fans.

Good gawd, homer doesn't even begin to describe some of those jerkoffs at ES.

There is no way that a white, position coach from the north can ever transition to a good head coach!
Wait...

I still think he will suck.
