I have probably criticized the front office more than you in the past few years. I just don't have the blind hatred of them which makes me nit pick every single thing that comes out of the novacare complex.

i dont think its nitpicking to criticize them for leaving money unspent on the cap during those nfc championship years...ESPECIALLY when they spin themselves as big time spenders and a front office that does everything they can to win

Who would have thought that it would be possible to have the exact same conversation for 6 years running. At some point you would expect the participants of the conversation to get bored and move on to new topics, but remarkably the Front Office Spending or Not Spending Enough Money conversation never seems to get old.

There's no new information. No new revelations to be uncovered, and yet, the conversation still thrives after years and years of the exact same points being made by both sides.

hiring an accountant to be your head scout is at least as bad and maybe worse than the salary cap thing...it might be the single most awful move of this regime....it would be impossible to understate it

i fully admit to nitpicking banner and spadaro...but i reserve the right because they are iceholes who i hold in the highest possible contempt

SCOTT YOUNG UPDATE:

Eagles coach Andy Reid said he had been warned by Smith that Sheppard would not be attending this camp. He received the same warning from Young's agent, Jeff Courtney, but still seemed miffed about the decision of his fourth-year guard from Brigham Young. Reid said he didn't know why the second-string guard wasn't in attendance.

Young, a fifth-round draft choice in 2005, is entering the final year of his contract and is scheduled to be paid $520,000 this season. After playing in 12 games in 2006, he dressed for just one game last season. If his intent is to get released, he may have helped his cause.

This is hilarious. Scott Young is trying to throw his weight around. What a dumbass.
