I would in fact argue on attitude first, then on tenure.  Then on the combination of the two as the thread you want to wind into the next crew by keeping them on.

That would be my argument.

If I cared to argue about it.

Sure, fair enough. But my point is that attitude only helps to accomplish something if their bodies can back it up. Attitude without performance is just seen as foolishness. I'm not sure that they can anymore.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

True.  But if you rebuild, you need to start with the coach.  So the question is who?

The one thing I do know, if it comes to rebuilding, everyone over 30 out of the pool.

That means some of the heroes of years past:  McNabb, Dawk, Runyan, Tra.  They need to figure out if Kolb is the answer or not.  Maybe not this week, but soon.

well "who" is not the real concern. we all know reid will not take a leave or quit. and even if somehow he did we get eminem waiting in the wings.

who can be answered easily by a # of former coaches doing television or promising assistants. and maybe im part of the few who believe but i do not think the team is in need of complete rebuilding but adding play makers on both sides and a proper game plan being installed and called. of course thats a lot easier said then done.

the formula in my head was:

subtract the head coach and his "offensive" genius philosophy and add a coach with

subtract the defensive coach

add a defensive minded coach who hires a offensive assistant who can actually call a game

add chad johnson or type  (him plus brown and curtis is pretty good)

add commitment to running game (30 carries a game is a must in some sort of combo)

meh i guess its a lot but i rather they attempt that then go into full out complete rebuilding mode.

i really need to start liking other sports. sixers suck ass and baeball and hockey i dont care about.

Careful what you wish for.  I became a CBB fan, living in Chapel Hill attending UNC during the 92-93 season.  I know what winning a championship feels like, but Eagles>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>CBB.  Kinda makes it worse.

If the Birds won a SB, I'd probably run around my neighborhood naked until I got arrested.  Luckily, that'll never happen.
Anyone but Reid.

dude ive never seen a team that i have rooted for win anyting. sixers came the closest with winning game 1.

moved to this country in 92 so i missed all the past glory of the sixers (well i was also not born at the time) but it just feels like every season every franchise tries and besides 04 the eagles have not. and im also of the opinion that billy king/larry brown also ruined the chances of the sixers with iverson in his prime.

this knee injury is a two year recovery time to get back to 100%...yet for some unexplainable reason andy has mcnabb in the shotgun every other play

FWIW: McNabb's career QB Rating/Completion %: 85.3/58.4

McNabb's current Rating/%: (including Dallas) 86.3/59.9

I'd fire Reid long before I'd cut Donovan.  Fat Farg has him out there trying to get him killed every week.  Other than T.O., who has he had to throw to in his career?
Three things can happen when you throw the ball, and two of them are bad.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

ha i just remembered pinkston trying to file a grievance against the eagles.

Disgusting performance.

Coming from an Andy fan; I finally am ready to see them move on. It will never happen unless Reid calls it on his own, but he needs to step down. Lurie will give him a FO job, thats fine. But its time.

... he isn't out there spearing people after the play anymore to give the OL that dirty-play mentality.

yes he does.  but how often do you get the chance to do that when your walking backwards pass blocking 50 times a game?  he had some nice 'play to the whistle' plays last night.  that being said, justice seems like a big Hoyda.
Pass.  Pass. Pass. PUNT.  No pro bowl WR's.  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  Retarded special teams.  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  "I've got to do a better job."  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  Running game shines for 3 plays. Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  No adjustments anywhere.  Pass.  Pass. Pass. PUNT.  (repeat)

Munson

Yeah, I actually remember a play last night where it looked like Runyan did spear a guy at the end of a play, I thought the refs were gonna throw a flag.

Best play of the night was Ramsey trying to kill Jones. :yay

Eagaholic

Ramsey got fined a game check for his efforts ($21,176), mostly because he was already fined this year. If it's against Dallas and doesn't change the outcome, cool.  8)

QB Eagles

Honestly, not too many Eagles deserved their game check after that one anyway.
