I buy cans because they are cheaper and keep pint glasses in the freezer.

There are a few distributorships around, but they mostly deal in kegs.  When beer is available at every gas station, grocery store, Target, Wal-Mart, and preschool; there is really no need to go to a distributor.

you pay a premium at gas stations, i go to the liquor store, walk in, and they run into the back for a 30pack for me

so i'm trying to quit smoking again and just picked up an e-cigarette to see if it helps at all.

got it in the mail last night and brought it with me to work today.  so far, so good as i've only smoked 2 actual cigarettes.  because it's smokeless, i could "smoke" at my desk but i still take a smoke break with my buddies just to get out of the shop for a few minutes.  i can smell their cigarettes when we're out there but haven't actually had the desire to smoke one.  so far this thing seems to do the trick.

anyone else ever heard of these or know anyone who has used them?

I quit dipping 3 weeks ago and haven't had any real cravings. The first week it was tough but i have been chewing gum and sunflower seeds a lot.

so it's been a week and so far this thing is actually working fairly well.  over the first 4 days, i only smoked about 3 or 4 cigs a day.  saturday was a bit of a set back because i put my dog down that morning so i was chain smoking most of the day.  then i actually went a full 24 hours without an actual cigarette on sunday and had 3 smokes yesterday and i think 3 today.

since this thing seems to do the trick, i think i'm going to set some actual goals now so that i hopefully have it completely kicked within a few weeks or so.

if any of yous are considering quitting right now, i'd recommend giving these things a try.

So it's working fairly well to help you quit smoking except for the times you decided to keep smoking?

Drunkmasterflex

I quit cold turkey about a month ago, no I have had a few relapses while drunk.  But now I have no real desire when sober, that took about 2-3 weeks.

I made it two and a half months until today.
