Pierre is an ok player with good speed.

Bourn is also and ok player...but with great speed.

That said i would trade Bourn for a #2 starter in a heartbeat and never think about him again.

pierre has been a GREAT player and he was that year...did he hit 50 homers or 150 rbi...no...but he was the mvp of a world series winner

as for mvp he got more votes than 99.9% of the entire league

hes much better than an ok player

comparing borun and pierre at this point is blasphemy...bourns not even an everyday player...hes a good bench player at this point in his career...pierre has been an mvp type player before

hopefully bourn becomes pierre one day

Predictable. Phillies get a 2-0 lead that should have been a 4-0 lead. Then the pitcher comes out, gets two quick outs, then walks the pitcher, gives up a rope single and then a 3-run bomb.

Just like that, it's 3-2 Pirates.
