Dude..I'm an amateur.  I know the rules and that's about it.  Whatever I missed, it was a genuine oversight.  Otherwise, I'd have taken it.

I am enjoying dominating you, but I'd rather do it quickly.  Whatever it was I didn't see..I still can't see...I've gone back through the history and I don't see what you're talking about.  Willis.

I don't remember the exact layout, but it was when you had me in check and there was only one move I could have made to get out....king from e-6 to f-7 I believe was the move I made.  Had you brought your queen from h-6 to h-7 I think you would have had me in check mate.

Diomedes

nah, your King could have evaded check by moving from f7 to e8

True.....now I remember what I was thinking you could have done.

If you would have moved your queen to h-7 and then I moved my king as you said, f-7 to e-8, you could have then slid your queen over to e-7 and been on top of my king (kinky).

At the time, my queen was still sitting on d-8 so my king could not move any further laterally to my right/your left.  I would then only have 2 options.

1.  Move my king e-8 to d-7 or e-8 to f-8, which would have still left me in check with your queen.

2.  Taken your queen with my king but then left myself in check on e-7 because you had your knight was sitting on g-6 can could have taken my king.

It was totally there for you.  It sucks that I can sometimes see what other players should do better than I can see what I should do.

Dio is my chess daddy.

You up for starting another one tonight?

Diomedes

I can't start another tonight.  I'm game for tomorrow though.  Gotta drill my old lady.  For a test.  Not like you're thinking.

I tried to invite you to a game Sassy, but got a message that said something like "this Hoyda is already at his self imposed limit of concurrent games (1)."

lol, I can't get on the site now, can you?

I must've played that opening a 1,000 times.  You made a mistake with your white bishop. You want to pin my my f3 knight to the king, that protects your D4 pawn. Then you want to take your A7 pawn and bump my b5 knight off his square.  That will give you a much better game.  Lay down your arms young jedi, lets start again. :evil

yeah, Chuck...exactly...but the fact that I didn't see I exposed my bishop...twice...bothers the farg out of me. It's not over...but pretty much.
