I'll be watching it on TiVo after I get home from my in-laws.  There is no way in hell my marriage would survive having my in-laws witness my actions during this game.

Didn't we watch 4th and 26 with some of your Green Bay fan in-laws?  Or were they just friends of in-laws?

An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

I'll probably be sleeping off the Christmas grillout from the day before in 90 degree heat. :paranoid

What, you coming to my house?

sounds like a win-win situation to me.  watch the game and annoy the in-laws in the process, so what is the problem?

If I thought I could win my kids in court, it would be a perfect sendoff.
Anyone but Reid.

HA!  That was my in-laws.  Remember, my wife told me to tone it down, so I flipped her off.  Good times.
She's never forgotten that, either.  Believe me.

I'll be flying up from FL to my parents in Philly. Brother, his wife and son coming up X-Mas afternoon from VA. Advised them to arrive by 4pm for dinner. Look forward to some alone time with 6 year old nephew, desperately in need of taterskins deprogramming from cretenous inbred peers in Virginia.

A little  bittersweet as this may be our last holiday in PA (after almost 50 years there for the P's).  My parents are getting on and planning to move down with my brother. It will make it harder to fly up a couple of times a year for games, I'll miss that as much as anything.

Lastly, just got an offer for a Falcons ticket, just after made plans with the girlfriend for New Years Eve and each booked our flights back to Florida.

A little. It doesn't feel like Christmas around here, despite the decorations and music in the mall. I think it may be all the shorts and sandals being worn.

I'll be at my dad's/uncle's houses....Neither of which will be a problem towards watching the game, as both have been on the Philly news stations numerous times for thier Eagles Locker Room's.....

Eagles > Christmas with my family.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds
