i dont get this one bit. why dont more ppl come out and actually talk about what ayers did, what he has done since

Almost everyone on death row is a "nice guy" now

was he every convicted of murder? hasnt he paid for him crimes? im not saying make him president but both parties and both sides have had contacts and a relationship with the guy in politics. what does that say about him? about the republicans? about the democrats? i dont know i just see it as a very blatant attempt to link obama to terrorist to muslim.

I, for one, find the majority of people on :CF to be very accepting of others' opinions in general.

For the most part, I whole-heartedly agree.  There are a couple on here that insist on calling anyone supporting M&P ridiculous, dumb, ignorant, and moronic.  But they tend to get washed out by the others that will at least respond better than name calling.

Then there are those who acknowledge that we're all dumb, ignorant, morons anyway.

You forgot his ridiculous dog.
The drawback to marital longevity is your wife always knows when you're really interested in her and when you're just trying to bury it.

There's a guy in my neighborhood who went to jail for something crazy when he was young and stupid. I guess I can never run for public office. We've drank lots of beers in his driveway. Damn!

holy shtein yes

ive waited my whole life for someone like that...maybe we can make up for the incredible damage that reagan and bush have done to the "less desireables" of our society over the last almost 30 years

the only thing im not thrilled about is the tax cuts for everyone under 250...i think everyone has to pay more taxes to get us out of this mess...the rich should pay a lot more but in general barry is proposing to many tax cuts imo

There is a middle ground between trickle down and trickle up.

The idea of giving 'tax refunds' to people who don't make enough to pay federal income taxes is insane. But on the other have I agree with IGY and every other sane person about the ludicrously low level of taxation imposed upon the wealthy in this country.

Also, please remember that anything coming out of the candidates' mouths has to be approved by congress and even though they will be Democratically controlled, I don't believe that Obama's view of socialistic tax reform will ever ultimately see the light of day.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

the odds of me ever sniffing 50k are slimmer than russells chances of smiling, so this works for me.

why cant debates actually be like that? barry was asked a basic question about his tax plan, he answered it, and you can choose whether or not you like it. seems pretty simple.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

this is true...and very rare in politics

whats funny is the writer of the article accuses barry of hiding his tax plans but that "every once in a while he slips up" and thats what happened here...

how was it a slip up....he was asked a question and he answered it

FF uses this link to scare people. Unfortuantely for his cause, anybody who actually watches the video (instead of just catching the scare words from Murdoch's New York Post) cannot come away unimpressed that Obama knows exactly what he's talking about, and that this is exactly what we need....

No question who the next president will be.  I am pissed that OBL has a higher approval rating than W (who I voted for twice) :-D

Barry can't hurt me much.  Many, many people will loose their jobs and I'll be fine :yay

About 1/2 the people to get barry's tax cuts do not pay income taxes now lol

remember 8 of the top ten richest Senators are democrates and it's guaranteed they will pay zilch in new taxes

Yes, he knows exactly what he's talking about.  As long as you all understand the ramifications of far-reaching wealth re-distribution and think that is going to bring our country prosperity, great.  Good luck with that.

yea but those oil barons and and bushs cronies will, so when a bunch of slimy politicians (both repub and dem) slip under the tax plan, the real villains still lose
