they are still counting prov ballots in philly

biden has surpassed clinton's vote total from 2016 and is 1K away from obama's 2012 number. he will not reach obama 2008, but even with lower black turnout/a small % of black men drifting to trump AND the dems well documented terrible performance with latinos, biden is going to wind up doing very very well in the greatest city in the world.

the difference is trump turned out a number of new voters. the same thing happened in detroit and chicago, too.
