interesting thing about this. turnout is up everywhere. right now, not philly. biden is off 40k on hill's vote total. i know there a bunch of ballots to count and biden should pass this number...but not at the rate that he is passing her number everywhere else. like right now with ballots to count hes blown past her in montco, buck, delco, chester.

went down to the convention center tonight
-pizza and wooder were out in massive numbers. friendly people donated and hooked up the folks.
-trumpers were in a fenced in area on the north side of arch, everyone else was dancing and hanging on the south side of arch and down 12th. there were lot more of us than them. a lot.
-i talked to a very big brained trumper who was down there because he was upset they were not allowed to watch the count from 6 feet away or something. and no other reason (eye roll). ex-bern bro. i do not engage lunatic trumpers, of which they were plenty. i attempted to explain how pa votes and philly specifically (why there are so many mail ins, why its slow, etc). obviously had not heard of any of this. it didnt do much, but one at a time, there are people you can reach.
-multiple grittys, some people dressed up as mailboxes and one as city hall. very very philly scene of dumb signs, costumes, dancing, shouting and eagles jerseys
-i saw the dude from all gas no brakes which was a huge thrill for me
-i also saw future mayor helen gym, who was there most of the day just chillin. just wait until 2023 when philly's mayor is a tiny asian lady who wants to destroy the white male patriarchy

i cant imagine already registered college kids re-register to their college addy at any significant rate. do they register new voters? maybe that helps on the margins

being at a polling site all day, i know people come into the wrong site all the time. i did what i could to direct them to the correct site, but this unlikely was a consistent thing and the 750 sites in the city.

and to be fair, there are an abnormal amount of provisionals to count. so turnout will most certainly be *up* but nowhere near everyone else's rate. this has to be depressed AA voters.

there are about 50k votes via regular mail ballots. provisionals puts him around the 12/16 numbers, id guess. maybe behind it.
