perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

It's a shame but not shocking.

farg this entire administration.

pre ST prediction:

with the establishment fully coalescing behind uncle joe, my guess here is that he does more than enough to stop bernie from amassing a majority of delegates. bernie likely to still get a plurality (very much boils down who does and doesnt hit 15% in CA, and this is impossible to predict), but it wont overwhelming.

in short, itll go the convention and joe will win on the 2nd or 3rd ballot.

all of this will be wrong.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Why, when it actually looks like some member of the GOP has a semblance of a conscience, does it have to be ex- whatever?   Never somebody with something to lose.

Maybe the possible exception of Mitt Romney, but he toes the water first on all his decisions.

no posts in over a day.  guess the 5 of you have been busy.
anyway, it should be interesting to see how today shakes out. biden seems to have closed the gap in polling with his sc victory.
lemonade was a popular drink and it still is

Depressing watching people fall for the same "you need a moderate to stop Trump" after it was years of moderate Dem policy that got us to Trump in the first place.

Here's to hoping the right kinds of voters show up today

You think a full blown socialist is a better bet than a moderate Dem who has the black vote (main reason Hilary lost not the young vote). Trumps running on a strong economy, normal voters don't want an entirely revamped system.

MDS

joe had the black vote among primary voters. so did hillary. not *enough* came out in november and theres no way of knowing if they will again.

bernie and biden run about the same in every single state and national poll ive seen. i think bernie would be a better president but biden is the safer long term play for 22, 24 and 26 considering how quick the suburbs will go against bernie the second trump is history. but who knows, people are impossible to predict.

There is absolutely no evidence that Bernie turns out new voters.  All evidence to this point mirrors '19 locally: the increase is all from suburban moderates/independents.

MDS

the joementum is real...he is romping in VA and NC. real tell will be texas, but he could be on his way to passing bernie for the projected delegate lead come milwaukee. and unlike bernie, if hes up, hell get it.

Sanders offers black voters everything they could ever hope for in terms of true equality, and far more than a centrist stooge like Biden ever would, yet they still run from Bernie like he's wearing skunk spray-scented cologne.

Blacks are every bit as brainwashed as whites in this country.  Socialism BAD, America GREAT!

Until someone figures out how to clear that multigenerational nonsense, we'll be stuck with geezers like Biden.

MDS

halfway decent chance tulsi gabbard is in the next debate and liz warren is not

The only evidence seems to be that the Dems are super energized no matter what and it doesn't really seem to matter who the candidate will be.

So go with the further left one. The Dem voters will show up regardless. The young and the young black vote, not so much.

I just completely disagree with this.  There is documented evidence of where the increase is in voter turnout.  It's not Sanders voters.  Agree to disagree.
