WASHINGTON — The Trump administration is preparing a sweeping executive order that would clear the way for the C.I.A. to reopen overseas "black site" prisons, like those where it detained and tortured terrorism suspects before former President Barack Obama shut them down.

President Trump's three-page draft order, titled "Detention and Interrogation of Enemy Combatants" and obtained by The New York Times, would also undo many of the other restrictions on handling detainees that Mr. Obama put in place in response to policies of the George W. Bush administration.

Stephen Bannon registered to vote in New York shortly before the presidential election last year, after the Guardian disclosed that he was registered to vote at a vacant house in Florida where his ex-wife had once lived.

Bannon, whose registration lists a rented apartment in Manhattan as his address, cast his ballot for Trump in New York, according to a source familiar with his arrangements, who was not authorized to speak to the media.

Donald Trump's nominee to head the Treasury department, Steven Mnuchin, is registered to vote in two states, a CNN KFile review of paperwork obtained through open records requests in New York and California show.
While it is illegal to cast ballots in multiple states, it is not illegal to be registered in two states at the same time. In a tweet Wednesday, the president called for an investigation into voter fraud, including whether citizens are registered to vote in two states.

When you move from 1 state to another you have to register to vote in your new home state.  When that happens, is there any sort of system in place to remove that person from the voter list in their previous state of residence?  Or is it a personal responsibility for you to remove yourself from the voter list in your old state?  Or is there no rules or laws concerning that at all?

its a pretty common thing...i guess you can call them and let them know but after a while they remove you from the rolls for inactivity

right now im registered in philly, hidalgo county texas and in montco, if i havent been taken off. i could technically go to all 3 places and vote but i dont because VOTER FRAUD ISNT A THING

Right, so whenever you update your voter registration when moving to a different state, there's nothing that actually voids it in your previous state.  So basically there are probably millions of people who are currently registered to vote in multiple states.
