Like Christian fundamentalists vote strictly GOP because they're white?

No, they vote strictly GOP because they are Christian fundamentalists.  It is the same identification mentality that makes pro sports a success.  This country has degenerated to the point where the election isn't about what's right for the country, it is about "our team" winning the "game".

I do.  I think black voters are some of the smartest in this god forsaken country.  They at least know which face of the government fargs them less, which cannot be said of white voters (excepting the rich of course).

Then how do you explain the 90%+ numbers he was getting against Hillary?  There is no other explanation for this when their platforms were so close.

It was sarcasm...

Exactly.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

It's kind of amusing if you think that two years ago, everyone thought it was going to be Hillary vs. Giuiani.

the republicans have the monopoly on God, troops, and Patriotism.

no democrat is christian, a veteran, nor loves his/her country.

It should have abslolutely nothing to do with God, thats what makes the world a farging joke at this point.

Faith is as dicey a proposition as patriotism.

Butchers Bill

Obama is going to have the best margin of victory since Bush-Dukakis.

What strikes me is how similar the "left" and the "right" is when it comes to doom and gloom.  The world won't end when Obama wins tomorrow, socialism won't come, and you won't be forced to read the Koran or enter a gay marriage.

If McCain somehow wins tomorrow you won't be forced into skipping that abortion, gays won't be thrown in prison, you won't be forced to read the bible, minorities will still be able to vote, and people will not be able to carry machine guns around.

Personally, I am looking forward to my phone being silent for awhile and all the signs littering my Township being picked up.
I believe I've passed the age of consciousness and righteous rage
I found that just surviving was a noble fight.
I once believed in causes too,
I had my pointless point of view,
And life went on no matter who was wrong or right.

ice grillin you

blacks werent going for obama in the 90%tile until bill and co started playing the race card

that being said it should be expected that blacks would better identify with a black candidate...just as old white people identify with mccain...the difference is had hillary won she would have had the overwhelming support of the black vote...in other words you wouldnt have had huge blocks of people voting against her because she was white like you do now with middle american type whites against barry
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

I'd vote for McCain before I'd vote for Hillary.  Obama should finish a term in the Senate and learn a few things before he gets too big for his britches.   Guy has a lot going for him, but I don't see how jumping the gun like this is going to help him.

Kerry is dead in the water.  He put the final nail in his political coffin when he flubbed that joke about an incompetent idiot who didn't study getting us stuck in Iraq.

My money is on Al Gore to get the nod.

:-D
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.
