The VA has expanded coverage for Vets which is why the job was created. Regarldess if it's private sector or not, it's a new job and will help with unemployment. But keep harping on the private sector points Rush and Hannity. Originally the bill wasn't creating jobs now it's not creating the jobs you'd like. And yes I understand a private sector job opening is more crucial to our economy at this point, I was simply trying to point out that the Stimulus DID create jobs, nothing more, nothing less. But keep running with your right winged agenda whackos, there was a reason I didn't reply to this subject till now.

I was only pointing out that true stimulus isn't government work regardless of how noble it is, and working for the VA is a great thing.  The fact of the matter is that government worker is a future tax liability because someone from the private sector has to pay for it, which is why the stimulus in general is a farce.  If there was a serious stimulus plan, there would have been billions of dollars worth of easy to get grants for people to start their own businesses or other small business assistance.  I have read there is some buried in the bill but its nearly impossible to get.  There is good government work by the way, and caring for our soldiers is a great example, so take the panties out of your crack.

And as far as my "right winged agenda" is concerned, I'll keep that in mind as I support the legalization of marijuana, support a womans right to choose, gay marriage, and higher taxes on the super-wealthy.  Some of you fools will never understand that just 'cause you saw it on the TV, doesn't mean you can pigeonhole entire groups of people into one simple voting block.
