they have less half the crime that west and north phil do...its not even close

yeah north philly has had one of the highest crime rates in the nation over the last 7-8 years

and west philly speaks for itself

im sure if you are a cop in southwest philly on a rough beat then its terrible but on the whole its not nearly a bad as the wild west or north phil
