like philly and la are battling for best city...la is an atrocity that isnt even in the best 50 cities in the us much less number 1

The guy that slashed dozens of tires in Philly over the past few months was a member of the town watch and was on TV multiple times claiming to be a victim himself.  Good riddance icehole
