ok, so they've said that once the engine died, they had seconds before impact.  So that would lead me to believe that, he cut it close to get ahead of the barge, the engine died, and thus, they got run the farg over.

I read the other day that they threw down the anchor after it died and had a few minutes before anything went down.

One of the best smells in the world is walking into your local deli and getting a whiff of those rolls.

And one of the worst is biting into one.

Captain farged up then, gotta get those folks off the boat asap when you see a barge coming at you.  Maybe since i grew up near barges and knew some of the pilots who drive them, i understand that they're farging huge, heavy, and you cant maneuver them for shtein unless you plan far ahead of time.  Did the duck boats have blow up boats or any type of other escape?

I like Amorosos...doesn't compare to the bread from Sack O' Subs (best bread EVER) but its good enough for a good hoagie or whatever. I might have died in LA when I lived there without the few places that made sandwiches on them.

Nothing beats Formica's in A.C.

Yeah, Sarcones is fantastic. Still not sure why they closed down the Cherry Hill and other locations?
