Per PFT:Raiders QB Aaron Brooks suffered a shoulder injury while trying to recover a fumble on Sunday; he'll have an MRI on Monday.  (And for possibly the first time in sports history, the guy getting the MRI is hoping for bad news.)

man, was I wrong about Brooks and possibly making an attempt to show something. Though he went against 2 of the best defenses in the league--his decision making is booty

Yeah, Sheldon Brown blows. He doesn't do that in the pros.

No one's saying he blows.  He does not, however, make a lot of big plays.  He's solid, not spectacular.

He had 4 picks, one for a TD last season.

And he deserved to go to the Pro Bowl 2 years ago and did not. Lito did. Why? Because although he got burned a lot on passing plays, he had 2 big time picks for INTs. Brown was by far the superior CB.

if everything around him is perfect then sheldon is a very nice corner...if the slightest thing is off in regards to the line not getting enough pressure....another corner being hurt...no help from the safety ect..then hes average at best...hes not a lock down put him out on an island type who is going to take anyone out of a game by himself...he needs lots of help

thats not a knock on him just the facts...hes a great #2 cornerback...unfortunately the eagles dont have a one and he is often put in positions he should be in...ie going one on one with wideouts ala andre johnson and plaxico

Dallas has re-signed LB Bradie James to a 5yr $20M extension.

That sucks. He was set to be a UFA and I was hoping the Birds would take a look at him to play the strong side.
