usually the best thing to do is treat it like a surf board/paddle board and push it in front of you until you can
A. Clear the breakers(in his case they were 1 footers LOL)
B.  If you have a break in the sets, hop in quickly and paddle to get past the breakers. 

I really want to see him bring it back to shore, because that's usually just as dicey trying to ride waves in without flipping.  All in all, that guy is an epic fail, and I loved every second of seeing that googan struggle.

Yes, New York City sanitation workers are "investigating" their citizens' trash bags, and issuing citations if they find recyclable items in the bags. Fines are something like $25 for the first violation, $50 for the second, and $100 for the third.

Here in Houston they ditched the recycling bc it costs too much money
