They're going to drag Lost out for 3 more years? WTF, just let it die already!  Not like they have any actual idea where it's going plot wise, they just make the shteine up each week!  ::)

uh no.

I was a huge fan of Lost for the first couple of seasons, but their credibility/plausibility has gone completely down the toilet this season.  I stopped watching when Locke's father just suddenly showed up out of the "magic box". (a metaphor, I know...)

That was only a couple of episodes ago and explained: he was forced off the road (or into a guardrail, I forget), when he woke, he was in the back of an ambulance and one of the medics was running an I.V. Next time he woke was on the island.

That's because he died, just like all the passengers on the island.  Like I said in my long, rambling, late-at-night post about Paradise Lost.

Of course, if I keep that line of thinking, there is no way this show could last another three years.  So it's got to be deeper than that.

Well, like I said I stopped watching Lost that night.

If they are all dead, how can they die again?  It's some form of Purgatory?  What about Walt and Michael, where did they go?

The writers have said a million times it's not purgatory. The 'they're dead' theory has so many holes in it I wouldn't know where to start.

Doesn't mean shtein. I'm wrong.

For anyone who still cares/watches 24:  SPOILER

Apparently Tony Almeida will be appearing the last 1 minute of this season, telling Jack to get in a car, as they drive off together.

Whether that would be a good or bad twist would be up for you to decide.  I loved his character, though I'd be interested in seeing how effecitve they'd be at cooking up a story to make him alive.    Also, apparently this is the last season for Jack in LA and @ CTU.

The Blood vs. Crips South Park episode is on right now.

One of the funniest of all time.

For anyone who still cares/watches 24:  SPOILER
Where did you hear that at? He died twice last season and he's still not dead? I like his character and thought something was kind of fishy when they didn't make a big deal or give him a silent count when he died. I love 24 but the show is sinking.

MDS

That's insane. They killed off his character. The rumor is no more CTU, that they will be doing away with that entire story line. However, the only two established side characters left (Chloe and Buchanan) work there. So....who knows. This season has sucked, but last week is good and if they finish strong and come back next year with a quality season, this will be forgotten.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

The script of the final episode has been printed.  SPOILER:

End of season 6 = Now Jack is walking through CTU. The show wants to point out Jack seeing everyone being together. Chloe is with Morris. Doyle is with Nadia. Buchanan is on the phone with Karen. But Jack is all alone. Jack walks outside. We watch him walk down the street and down an alleyway.

Jack hears a gun being chambered and freezes. Then someone says "Step into the alley. Slowly. Keep your hands behind your head. Turn around, very slowly." Jack turns around, and registers pure shock as the script says.
The person lowers HIS gun and smiles a little. There is a car parked next to him. The person says "Get in, Jack. There's a lot I have to tell you." Jack gets in and the car peels out.

TV GUIDE says: Like that someone you thought was long dead is coming back with a vengeance ( yes, it's true)

There are reasons why Tony makes the most sense here, as he had the second biggest fanbase and would attract more to watch season 7.  You never see him 'die', and the overdose of the shot he was going to give the Henderson may not have been lethal, afterall, Henderson took more than that.  The shot, as was stated in season 5, seems like it shuts down your nervous system to appear in a coma/dead.  Jack wouldn't have realized he was still alive etc.  May be weak reasoning but it's interesting nonetheless.

They are going to take season 7 in an entirely new direction and having Jack and Tony doing their thing would be pretty cool.  It seems the producers are really counting on this character to wow the audiences, and I can't think of anyone else who would be that significant returning that we really didn't already SEE dead.

SD_Eagle5

So Tony was a guess on your part. If that ending is true it could be anyone.

SunMo

this past Monday's episode was kinda lame.

really?  another attack on CTU?
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

Not entirely.  It's been something that most people dealing with/discussing 24 have pretty much come to the same conclusion on.  There isn't another male character that would carry the same levity that we haven't actually seen die clearly on screen yet.  It could be someone else, I suppose, but it would be shocking to me if it was.

Season finale of Jericho tonight.

Hopefully Gray Anderson dies.
