MDS

his show has been doing ok and mexicans love him. he has an average viewer age of 33 which is the youngest in late night (leno in the 60s, rest of the guys the 50s, stewart 40s and colbert late 30s). everyone likes young viewers, networks, advertisers, etc. so it made sense for conan to go there, thats his audience and he can pretty much guarantee himself a job for as long as he wants it.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

nobody was watching him on NBC...what's changed?

it was cute that everybody got behind him and watched his last week, but where were these idiots for 5 months previous?
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

if he gets his pre late night fiasco tonight show audience on tbs he is a golden god there.

there were a lot of things wrong with his tonight show. older people didnt like him, his base wasnt as into the show as they were into late night because he basically tried to conanize the tonight show as opposed to tonightshowing late night, which letterman did when he moved to 1130. so he lost both audiences by trying to please everyone.

presumably his tbs show will be old conan, the guy we saw on late night and the guy we saw during the late night fiasco. his base should like that and if that will be enough to make him last forever on tbs.

I figured Stewart/Colbert would be the mid 20's demographic. farg me right.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Eagles_Legendz

The Daily Show is incredible.  Colbert is funny but Stewart is awesome.

Just stop. You're both utterly worthless human beings.
