The Birds are listed as having 14 of 22 starters returning. Hank Fraley is listed as the starter over J. Jackson; Shawn Barber is listed as the starter over Matt McCoy.

Of the WRs they said:
"We don't know whether the Eagles receiving corps is good enough to allow them to make a Super Bowl run. Reggie Brown had a solid rookie season, but will he have a sopomore slump? What affect will a year off have on contact-shy Todd Pinkston? Can Gaffney elevate his play?

All reasonable questions about the wrs. Another area of concern mentioned on this site is the SAM position. This is what they said: The Eagles did not get very good production from their outside linebackers - Keith Adams and Dhani Jones - last season.
....The Eagles drafted Chris Gocong, an athletic Division I-AA defensive end, in the third round and will try to turn him into a linebacker. But that is a tough transition. If they have to go into the season with Jones on the strong side, the defense could struggle."

They also mentioned Broderick Bunkley as the best draft pick and Jason Avant as their "Could Surprise" candidate, however that is old news that was published in their post draft edition.
