Mediocracy?  Is that a form of government based on the directives of network news anchors?

If so... In Katie We Trust!

Well, her legs, at least.

i'm not reading this entire thread but i think they originally had the cowboys game on christmas scheduled in philly...then decided to swap them out because they didn't want eagles' fans throwing snowballs at TO on christmas.
that's how they wound up with 3 roadies in a row.

whats the theory on how they ended up with three in a row at home...around a bye week nonetheless

that's quite common.

last season...packers, seahawks, giants
2001...raiders, cardinals, vikings
1997...steelers, bengals (the bobby hoying shootout), giants.

i didnt say it wasnt common

they also went three in row on the road in 98 and 99

my point is its not that big a deal and their home stretch of three in a row is more of a positive than the three road games is a negative...yet people (on here and in the media) arent even commenting on that...its like the three road games in a row is so unfair and just the most brutal stretch of all-time
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

Not unfair, just difficult.  I seem to remember SD had to make three cross country trips in a row last year, year before.  That's unfair.
Anyone but Reid.

This thread has now exceeded its clever post quotient.  We will have to close it and start a new one to chat about the challenges presented by the Eagles 2006 schedule.

I think the Eagles surprise us all and lose on the road to San Francisco.  Thoughts?

Can we please keep this thread a little bit more on topic, Jerome?  Thanks in advance.

Sure.  I think the Eagles last six games are brutal.

Wait.  I already said that.

Okay - how's this... I'm thinking of attending the San Fran and Tampa games and might have some interest in the NOLA game as well.  They seem to be the best candidates for roadies this year.

Also - I think the first six games or so of the season provide a really good opportunity for the Eagles to establish a decent lead in the division.

I'm also fairly confident that the Eagles record will be better than last year's.

How's that?  Does that about cover it?

Alrighty then.

Well, I do have more to offer but I'm kinda busy today and I'm not terribly thrilled with your pompous, self-important, snotty tone at the moment, so I'll kindly keep my opinions to myself for now.
