Quick correction:  he's a lefty reliever, not righty

He was on the White Sox last year and could have been included in the Thome deal originally.  Since he's a Rule V guy, he has to stay on the roster the rest of the year.  Great.  Could it be the start of the purge, beginning with Cormier and/or Rhodes?
