I did some work with a soup kitchen and food bank during the holidays and now that the hot ass summer is about to hit I think they do a thing for people without central AC too.

I wonder if it'll mean DirectTV shifts to being cable....laying your own cable lines is expensive as shtein and usually the biggest barrier to entry for cable companies, but AT&T is a huge company with the infrastructure to lay cable already in place in a lot of areas (at least I would think so)

I don't remember applying for a scholarship, but my university awarded me a $5000 scholarship for the 2014/2015 school year. The letter says it's the "College of Education Scholarship", which according to their website they only give out one per college per year, with additional scholarships given out if there are funds available. Pretty cool if that is the case and I was the one chosen from the college of education.

I have at&t and directv, so if the cell signal at my house is any indication, it means I'll only be able to watch TV on my patio and by the bathroom window.
