I was thinking about the Eagles left tackle situation earlier today. Shortly after that I slit my wrist. Not sure if it was a coincidence or not.

I was washing a glass and it slipped from my hand. I reached to grab it as it fell but it hit the counter first and broke just before my hand hit it. Got a 3 inch gouge that started pouring blood within about 5 seconds. I put pressure over it with a towel which slowed it some but as soon as I let up to try and dial the phone it started gushing again, then blood got all over the touch screen. To make matters worse, I was having computer problems so I couldn't log on to to get quick medical advice. Which was ok since I knew it pretty much would be to shake the arm a good bit until I finally got rid of the excess blood then have a beer and shut up.

Then strangely, after running water over the cut for half a minute, it just stopped bleeding all together. Like hardly even a drop. So, after a few stitches, antibiotics and Vicodin, and a nice chianti, it's all good. Except left tackle.

Anyone ever hear about Liquipel?  www.liquipel.com  I've been looking for a waterproof phone case like Lifeproof for my Nexus, but they only cater to iPhones.  Liquipel instead takes your phone, and seals off the diodes etc which means you can drop your phone in water and it'll still work.  It's probably overkill, since I'm not going thru class 5 rapids or anything.
