perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

You're still a nobody until he sends you a pic of his junk.  Then you'll be a nobody with pic of Ty Detmer's junk.  But at least you'll have something.

MDS

it doesnt make any sense

they are in a random small conference that includes teams in oklahoma. we do have a catholic school down here but they obviously dont even play in the same governing body.

i cant figure out why he sent them to me other than the fact that he loves me. time to cash in. see you in austin.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

i know that we can't ever agree on anything here.  but can it be possible that we all agree that adults wearing halloween costumes should DIAF?

out of high school

although really if you're over 14 you shouldn't be doing it anymore

If it's that broad, then I say no. Getting dressed up and going out to get completely hammered has become a staple of early 20's alcoholics everywhere. And yes I am completely biased to that group. :paranoid

I also don't blame adults for doing it to 1. Go to a friend's or family member's halloween party, 2. Entertain the kids that come up to the door trick or treating, or 3. Work in an environment where they'll have contact with children and thus are doing it to entertain them, a teacher for example or a nurse in a childrens hospital

Though if I worked in an office building or some other profession like that, I could def get on board the DIAF idea for people that get dressed up.

No, but I think we can def agree that adults who say "DIAF" should die in a fire.

im with sunmo (teehee)

i was just at my leasing office and the woman there was dressed like snow white. she had to be mid 20's to 30 something.

i felt bad. like youre at work and getting paid and youre dressed up like a child. its one thing if youre a 3rd grade teacher its another thing if you spend your day showing people apartments and dealing with tenant issues...you know, adult things.

halloween is a holiday for children. period. end of story.

Also, Sunny's about the same age as me, but he may be the oldest, whitest dude on this board.  Bailing early from the game because he needs sleep and now he disapproves of adults wearing costumes.  No doubt that he'll be spending tonight yelling at kids who walk on his lawn.

Eagaholic

I think there should be adult Halloween but with alcohol instead of candy.

Go house to house getting bottles of beer, shots of liquor, maybe a bag of chips or some rich bastich grilling up cheesesteaks.

This already exists. It's called every bar in America on Halloween.
