If the rest of you have any living relatives over the age of 60 from the Reading area, there's definitely a good chance they remember Shorty and Dolly Long. Like i said, I was only posting it because I found it pretty cool he still gets remembered/mentioned 20 years after he died, and is actually 3rd in the voting. Of course Taylor Swift is going to win, but still cool nonetheless.

Yup. They had a pretty good family show going on with those two and then my dad and uncles and such. They owned two music parks up in that area, and we actually have kind of a "program" from the one, full of pictures. The crowd for one of the days they had Hank Williams there performing is ridiculous for a small time country music park in po dunk New Tripoli.
