Seriously though, sounds like she has a ton of her mom in her.  I'm no lawyer, but i think you're right, it'll end up costing you too much for something that you'll more than likely lose.  Cut your losses, and dont buy her any gifts for the holidays

Good luck with that shore, I'm going through custody shtein right now so I feel your pain. Sad to say you're probably going to come out on the short end of things, courts heavily favor women in domestic disputes.
