yeah i heard the layers are getting close to 30M 80M+ (27.5% of 313M) or something like that.  i think you're eligible for more if you do option #2 and not the #1 Easy Refund.  says up to 3% of total spending.

I was in Canada for a day a few years ago.  If I get one of these, I'm taking the $25.

By my calculations I spent over 80 days outside of the US between 1996 and 2006. I have no idea what to expect but if it's any less than $100,000 I'm going to be farging pissed.

One of the toilets in my building exploded poo everywhere.  In the escalators it smells like someone set off stink bombs.  They are talking about sending people home now.  Luckily where i'm at it doenst smell yet.

I'm debating on getting in on a class action law suit about my TV  http://esupport.sony.com/sxrdsettlement

Basically i've had my tv picture turn to a green/purple/yellow/pink haze.  I've had 2 repairs, and the same issues keep happening.  I'm debate whether to contact sony and just see if i can have them swap me out a newer model and nulling my chances of getting a bigger payout. 

Maybe they'll hook me up with this tv

If the lawyers didn't get paid, neither would you.  If neither you nor the lawyers got paid, then the bad guys could steal small amounts from millions of people with impunity.

I don't much care about it, actually.  Lawyers get paid unfairly high amounts of money for all kinds of crap, so I don't really care that they get paid a lot in the case of class action suits. 

There simply isn't any other way to hold people accountable for small scale but widespread theft, fraud, etc. 

Unless of course you want to fund the government to prosecute all of these companies...

Are you farging kidding?  That's the best news that could come out of this mess.  What would be really bad would be if the majority of the Pakistani population thought Musharraf did it, which is of course what I thought.  Hopefully, Al Qaeda did do it.  It would be infinitely worse if Musharraf did it to stay in office (i.e. declare martial law, and deny any change in gov't until the "threat has been neutralized").

We've all heard about people having guts or balls. But do you really know the difference between them? In an effort to keep you informed, the definition for each is listed below...

Guts - is arriving home late after a night out with the guys, being met by your wife with a broom, and having the guts to ask: "Are you still cleaning, or are you flying somewhere?"

Balls - is coming home late after a night out with the guys, smelling of perfume and beer, lipstick on your collar, slapping your wife on the butt and having the balls to say: "You're next."

I hope this clears up any confusion on the definitions.

Medically speaking, there is no difference in the outcome since both ultimately result in death.
