The color changed to navy blue and a gold border up top when the Rams had the ball.  Those tiny circles represent the quarter.  Can you tell it's the 2nd quarter?  Yeah, that'll be fun on TVs under 48"...

Oh, I get it.  Well, instead of having the white circles filled in with yellow for the quarter - they should just have the number of circles (in white or yellow or whatever) visible to represent the quarter.
