I hate state park rangers, got pulled over and screamed at driving on the beach this weekend.  Gotta love the guys who cant make it as a real cop.

There's a beach park down here that has a speed limit of 10 mph on the street leading in to the park.  There was a pig on the radar gun hammering people one after the next last weekend.  I know where he sits so I never speed through there but it was comical watching others get popped doing 15 in a 10 zone.

I hope that oinker son of a bitch gets struck by lightning.

PS: People drive on the beach all the time here.  It's what the area is known for.

Your driving on the beach why?
I go to the Delaware beaches, South Bethany basically North Fenwick.  My beach house is just across from the 4x4 beach where you can only go if your going to actively fish.  I was rolling over the dune, had my brothers Sahara Wrangler, and downshifted to first and spit a little sand.  I was only going about 15-20 mph, the icehole started screaming at me and my brother in law following me.  I pulled over the guy berated me for a full 5 minutes. I called his ass out on there not being any posted speed limits, the fact that he had nothing to get me on other than my engine roaring in first gear.  I've been going to this beach for 26 years, 10 of those driving myself.  The fact that this ahole had the nerve to berate me the way he did turned into a 3 page letter to the Delaware State Parks today.

Mussa, if you travel to the delaware beaches the best way is by 4x4.  As long as you fish, have your surf tag which runs 60 bucks a year, you can drink all day, fish, party and not have a lifeguard within 3 miles

Genarlow Wilson's sentence voided

Honor student and highly-recruited football player got consensual oral from a 15-yr old while he was 17, but Georgia still determined it to be aggravated child molestation and threw him in jail for 10 years.  He's served a little over 2 years so far...

Judge says no bond for Genarlow Wilson, cancels hearing

The Associated Press - ATLANTA

A man who had consensual oral sex with a 15-year-old girl when he was 17 is not eligible for release on bail while appealing his 10-year prison sentence, a judge ruled Wednesday.

The order issued by Douglas County Superior Court Judge David Emerson is likely to mean that Wilson will remain behind bars for several more months at least. The Georgia Supreme Court is not set to hear Wilson's appeal until October. The justices, without explanation, denied a motion by state Attorney General Thurbert Baker to expedite the appeal.

A Monroe County Superior Court judge earlier this month called Wilson's sentence "a grave miscarriage of justice" and ordered his release.

Baker's office has appealed, saying the judge overstepped his authority. Baker argued the ruling could result in the release of some 1,300 Georgia child molesters from Georgia's jails.

In his Wednesday ruling, Emerson said Wilson was convicted of a crime that makes him ineligible for bond under Georgia law. Emerson canceled a hearing that had been scheduled for July 5.

"As the court has no authority to grant an appeal bond in this case, there is no need for an evidentiary hearing on the defendant's eligibility for a bond," Emerson wrote in a three-page order.

Wilson's lawyer, B,J. Bernstein did not immediately return a phone call seeking comment. Neither did Douglas County District Attorney David McDade, whose office convicted McDade.

Earlier this week, prominent New York City investment manager Whitney Tilson and 10 others volunteered to provide $1 million bond for Wilson after learning of his case from news accounts.

McDade said at the time that Wilson was not eligible for bond.

Now 21, Wilson was convicted of aggravated child molestation stemming from a 2003 New Year's Eve party where he was captured on videotape receiving oral sex from a 15-year-old girl. He was 17 at the time. He is now serving a mandatory 10-year prison sentence.

Wilson was also charged with raping a 17-year-old girl at the party. A jury acquitted him of the rape charge.

In 2006, Georgia lawmakers changed the law Wilson was sentenced under, but the state's top court said the new law could not be applied retroactively.

I wish everyone, and myself included, would do the same exact thing.

But I'd still farg her.
The drawback to marital longevity is your wife always knows when you're really interested in her and when you're just trying to bury it.

phattymatty

there was a picture of her getting out of jail in the paper this morning, and it was the hottest she has ever looked.  not doing some unnatural slutty pose for the camera but just genuinely smiling to be out.  i humped the paper on the train.

SunMo

that was cool except for the douche on her right that wouldn't let her burn it
