While 100% true that tits and mound are available online, Playboy has always had the more artful photoshoots vs their competition.  The articles were always top notch, but this decision just dropped them into the category of Maxim/Stuff/FHM.  The later two discontinued, and I have no clue if Maxim is still around.  Ultimately, great job Playboy at killing the magazine before Hef officially dies.

Yeah I have always been fascinated with plane crashes and have been reading up on this one.

The link within that report where it describes the metal fragments (hundreds of them) being found in the purser's body and the captain too. I cannot even imagine just sitting there and then having that explode. I hope they went quick and didn't suffer too much.

I was reading up on the Lockerbie PanAm103 the other day and that one was terrifying too...well they all are...but some people actually survived the fall.

That's crazy. If the simulation is accurate, I'm going to guess that the pilots didn't even see the missile coming at them.

Also, someone at NY Mag made an oopsie.

A majority of the passengers were believed to be killed or rendered unconscious immediately. An oxygen mask was discovered around the neck of at least one survivor, a detail previously unknown.

one thing i learned in that whole thing is how some surface to air missles explode due to proximity....i just always assumed they directly hit their target...probably obvious to most people but that was pretty dope

Identical Twin Brothers Set to Have Birthdays Months Apart Due to Rare Delivery

Holli Gorveatt originally arrived at the hospital in Kirkland, Washington, after the twins showed signs of a condition in utero called "twin to twin" syndrome. In that case, one twin draws blood from the other in utero. The condition can leave both twins sick, with one becoming bloated and the other becoming weakened without enough blood supply.

Dr. Martin Walker, director of fetal medicine at Evergreen Health Medical Center, said that without treatment, the syndrome is fatal in 90 percent of cases. While the surgery went well, there was another complication days later. The pressure from the twins put too much pressure on Gorveatt's cervix, and the amniotic sac for Link was unable to be contained, Walker said.

As a result of the pressure, Walker and his team were forced to deliver Link at 23 weeks, right at the edge of viability.

2 weeks after controversial pharma CEO Martin Shkreli announced he would lower the price of Daraprim, it's the exact same price

Price-Gouging Pharma CEO Fuming As Rival Creates $1 Alternative AIDS Drug

San Diego-based Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, Inc announced on Thursday that it will be providing an alternative to Daraprim that costs a fraction of the pill's pre-Shkreli price. The drug will be sold at as low as $99 for a 100-pill supply. Yes, that's just about a dollar per pill.

"While we respect Turing's right to charge patients and insurance companies whatever it believes is appropriate, there may be more cost-effective compounded options for medications, such as Daraprim," Imprimis CEO Mark L. Baum said in a press release. ARS Technica points out Imprimis' alternative is not the same as Daraprim, but it is close:

Just stopped by my corner store and the owner was telling me for the first time in ten years the store was robbed. Four guys came in masked up with pistols and robbed his guy and the McDonald's that shares the building.

They walked away with a whopping $800 ($400 from the store and $400 from McDonald's). All that for a couple hundred bucks each.

The kicker was they hit him Wednesday night and I missed being inside by ten minutes. That's nice.
