Jail time may actually be the best thing to happen for the kid.  Give him a taste- a small taste, probably- may be enough to straighten him out.

And it doesn't seem like you're getting anywhere without taking it to the authorities. 

Let me ask:  how many "breaks" has this kid gotten from family members because of the blood connection.  You've given him two.  How many has your aunt and others given him?  It could be that he doesn't believe that you'll really do it.

If you want to give him one more chance to fess and pay restitution, so be it.  But after that, I'd say that you had to follow through with it.

Or, you can just introduce him to the Sarge and Chuggy show.  That would scare anyone straight.

Anyone else having trouble with Comcast internet today?

Mine was out from 10a - 2p and now it comes on for like 15 minutes and then cuts off again. I called them and they said it was an outage in my neighborhood and throughout Chester Co. He put in a repair and said they don't need to come in the house because its out on the poles. But then says they can't come out until Wednesday. WTF?

So it is fine from Monday through this morning. I call Comcast to tell them that its fine and they don't have to send anyone out and what happens? It goes down for an hour+ again. I call the retards and tell them and now I have to wait until Friday. Its obviously back on now but it cuts out for hours at a time.

No idea what they're protesting but there's helicopters everywhere and they're making an already bad situation (the Blvd.) much worse. I was tempted to run them over but the Jessica Alba dressed like a Victoria's Secret Angel on my right shoulder told me not too.

I bet it has something to do with "protesting" the fact that it seems like a person a day is killed on that road. They had two people hit and killed recently - both hit & runs. That road is crazy.
