Reminds me of the Stephen King book, The Dead Zone. When the books main character was operated on for a tumor, it had an eyeball in it. Freaked the nurse out when the skull cap came off and she saw they guys brain looking back at her.

You tell me. The Dead Zone was about the guy in the taxi that wrecked and the part of his brain that was damaged was called the Dead Zone.

But.........the Dark Half was about the guy who had the evil guy that came to life from books he wrote, right? Maybe it was, being as most tumors like that are from fetal twins that never developed the whole way and get absorbed by the other fetus.
