Now that Saunders is the new taterskins OC and Pat Hill signed an extension with Fresno State, Oakland is screwed...  :-D

I'm a little surprised Davis hasn't approached Mariucci about the job.

When video games get to the point where you need 12 buttons just to complete a pass, they stop being fun...

I'm still enjoying NFL 2k5's passing game. The running game ain't too shabby, either.

The fact that TO is on the front of the disk makes it far less enticing to play.

General_Failure

Yeah, but you only have to look at him once when it starts up.

Yeah, they're totally screwed.  There are only 50+ available coordinators in the NFL.

What about Singletary across the Bay?  Ron Rivera in Chicago?  Ted Cottrell?  Don't be a drama queen, Ed.

How many of them will risk going to that nut house?

I didn't say no one was available, but the guys they wanted (Payton, Saunders, Hill) went or stayed elsewhere, so they're stuck with whatever retreads Buffalo doesn't take...

So?  Happens all the time with Al Davis at this point.  He's used to it.

Kubiak to Houston is now official with Denver being out.

Meanwhile in Buffalo, it's Capers' job to take...

PhillyPhreak54

How in the hell does Dom Capers get another job?!?!?!

He's blown ass with two teams. And now Buffalo wants to hire him so he can farg up their young QB like he did with Carr by letting him get smoked 70 times a year?

Please. The old boy network is in full effect on this one.

And Mort said on Countdown today that Art Shell might be in the mix in Oakland.

MDS

Those poor people in Buffalo.....jeez.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.
