Frikkin' A.

Hope for 8-8 next year if Mohrninweg is the OC.  He makes Reid look like a "clutch" head coach.

Not only that but Morningwood is even more pass happy than Reid, if that is even farging possible. It would have been nice to have someone around at least to suggest Reid run the farging ball.  ::)

I'm not saying they will go 8-8, but hopes of a Super Bowl win with zippy for a run game are pretty remote.

Childress did more than people think, he just didn't call the plays.  That being said, i don't think it's something to get upset about.

I don't think Childress leaving is a big issue.  I think him being replaced with Marty Mohrninweg and "staying the course" offensively is absolutely an issue.

No one's worried that Mohrninweg will do anything, we're worried that AR doesn't see the need to change.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

You just won yourself a set of steak knives.  Congrats!

You can't have mine.  I just got them for Christmas and they're mine.  You can't have them.

Sweet - hopefully he'll use them to repeatedly stab himself in his eye.

i cant help but completely agree with this... with childress leaving, by default gives that dunderhead from detriot more say in matters...which cannot be a good thing.

Reportedly Reid will not let Shurmur go.

But Childress is going to take Spagnuolo as his DC (or McDermott).

Mr. NC says Bill Shuey is 99% gone and Spagnuolo for DC is a "maybe"...

I trust your sources--I just read on PFW.com that Shurmur went with Childress.

It's a shame about Sherman, but I understand his position.
He got jobbed in that firing, becuase of a (REALLY) bad year. He has a winning record with them, went to the playoffs, but had a really zesty cast this year. I would place the blame more on the GM than him. I think he would be good as an OC here.

MadMarchHare

He didn't get jobbed.  He was an idiot, with a great track record of idiocy.  After 4th and 26, he fires his defensive coordinator, who goes to Atlanta and immediately forms on of the best Ds in the league the following year.

He fell asleep at the Combine and got caught on film last off-season.  He should've been fired sooner.
Anyone but Reid.

The BIGSTUD

That game is over if he runs the ball on 4th and 1. The Eagles didn't stop the run all day and when he needs it most he decides not to. Sherman was a bad head coach. Same reason I don't want him here on the staff. Even though he probably wouldn't do anything anyway, that's what everyone said about Marty, and one disgruntled jerk and a bad backup QB later we are all calling for his head.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

MadMarchHare

It's worse than that.  He Hoydad out, because they stuffed him to end the first.  I had no problem per se with the punt.  But if you blitz on downs 1-3 and get 2 sacks and an incompletion, why not blitz on 4th?
Anyone but Reid.
